Thank you for choosing The New Swapno Bilash Resort. We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is made:

Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in:
✔ Eligible for a full refund (excluding any transaction or service charges). -
Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in:
✔ Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment. -
Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show:
✖ No refund will be provided.
3. Early Check-Out
If a guest checks out earlier than the scheduled date, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case at the management’s discretion.
